Weeknights shouldn’t be so stressful and busy you can’t enjoy a nice sit-down dinner. 30-Minute Chicken balances satisfying your tastebuds with satisfying your schedule; it only takes 30 minutes to make, and yet it bursts with your preferred seasoning blend. 30-Minute Chicken is breezy and beautifully flavor, juicy and perfect for your regular weeknight rotation.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons seasoning mix, of your choice
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Step 2 -Place the chicken on a cutting board and rub it all over with the olive oil and seasoning mix.
Step 3 -Transfer the chicken to a rimmed baking sheet.
Step 4 -Bake in the oven until the chicken is fully cooked and the juices run clear, reading 165 degrees F when tested with a meat thermometer, about 20 minutes. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
