Ingredients
- 2 pounds cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 4 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped, for serving
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped, for serving
Directions
Step 1 -In a medium bowl, add the cucumber slices, the red onions, the apple cider vinegar, the sugar, the salt, and the black pepper and toss gently to combine.
Step 2 -Let the cucumber salad stand for 30 minutes.
Step 3 -Top the cucumber salad with the dill and the chives.
Step 4 -Serve immediately.
