Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 4 pounds beef top sirloin steaks
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat.

Step 2 -Lightly oil the grill grate.

Step 3 -Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.

Step 4 -Stir the minced garlic and the garlic powder into the butter.

Step 5 -Season both sides of the steak with the salt and the pepper.

Step 6 -Place the steaks on the grill and cook until at least 140 degrees F internally, about 4-5 minutes per side.

Step 7 -Transfer the steaks to warmed plates and brush them liberally with the garlic butter.

Step 8 -Allow the steaks to rest for 2-3 minutes.

Step 9 -Serve.
