Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless, cooked and cubed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups white rice, cooked
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups potato chips, crushed

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 -Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step 3 -Add the chicken, the mayonnaise, the sour cream, the cream of chicken soup, the rice, the almonds, and the mozzarella to the prepared baking dish and mix to combine.

Step 4 -Sprinkle the chicken mixture with the cheddar cheese, then the crushed potato chips.

Step 5 -Bake the casserole in the oven until it is bubbly and golden-brown, about 35 minutes.

Step 6 -Serve.
