It's just so addictive! Onion Crack Dip is creamy, cheesy, and loaded with plenty of onion flavor for savory deliciousness! Tangy, sharp, and perfect for buttery crackers or soft slices of baguette, Onion Crack Dip will entice you to keep coming back for more! Better get to it quick, because this dip disappears in a hurry!
Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sweet onion, diced small
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- crackers, optional, to taste, for serving
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 -In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, the mayonnaise, the onions, the parmesan cheese, and the black pepper and stir until completely combined.
Step 3 -Transfer the cream cheese mixture to a small baking dish.
Step 4 -Bake until the top of the cream cheese mixture is deeply golden-brown, about 45-55 minutes.
Step 5 -Serve with the crackers.
