About
Who says popsicles are only for the kids? In fact, these popsicles are specifically for adults — infused with a punch of boozy delight. Pisco Punch Popsicles pack a punch of flavor with tropical pineapple, tangy lemon, and brandy. While they take just minutes to prepare, you might find it hard to wait a few hours for them to freeze! These Pisco Punch Popsicles are best enjoyed on the patio or poolside when the temps start climbing.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Pisco or brandy
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 pound pineapple, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar or cane syrup
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions
Step 1 -Combine the Pisco, the pineapple juice, the pineapple chunks, the sugar, and the lemon juice in a blender.
Step 2 -Blend the ingredients until smooth.
Step 3 -Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and place them in the freezer.
Step 4 -Allow the popsicles to freeze for at least 2 hours and up to overnight.
Step 5 -Serve frozen!
