Cooked until juicy and golden-brown, then coated in a sweet chili and spicy sriracha sauce, you'll be licking your fingers after chowing down on Bang-Bang Wings! It's a flavor explosion!

Ingredients

  • For the wings:
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • Optional, for serving:
  • 1/4 cup green onion,, sliced
  • sweet chili sauce, to taste
  • ranch dressing, to taste
  • celery sticks, to taste

Directions

Step 1 -In a large bowl, add the wings, the olive oil, 1 1/2 teaspoons of the salt, the black pepper, and the granulated garlic and toss to combine.

Step 2 -Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.

Step 3 -Add the wings to the air fryer basket and cook, while tossing the wings every 8-10 minutes, until they are golden-brown, crispy, and reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 23-25 minutes. You may need to cook the wings in batches.

Step 4 -In a large bowl, add the remaining salt, the mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of the sweet chili sauce, and the sriracha and whisk to combine.

Step 5 -Add the wings to the sauce mixture and toss until they are well-coated.

Step 6 -Sprinkle the green onions over the wings.

Step 7 -Serve with the extra sweet chili sauce, the ranch dressing, and the celery sticks.
