Ingredients
- 6 ounces dark beer, such as Guinness®
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, cubed
- 4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- scallions, optional, to taste, freshly chopped, for garnish
- pretzel bites, optional, to taste, for serving
Directions
Step 1 -In a mini slow cooker, add the dark beer, the cream cheese, and the cheddar.
Step 2 -Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat, stirring the mixture every 10 minutes, until warmed through and creamy, about 1 hour.
Step 3 -Garnish with the scallions.
Step 4 -Serve the dip with the pretzel bites.
