Ingredients
- For the smoothie bowls:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 ripe banana
- Optional, for topping:
- granola, to taste, store-bought or homemade
- shredded coconut, to taste
- fresh blueberries, to taste
- fresh strawberries, to taste, sliced
- fresh mango, to taste, chopped
Directions
Step 1 -In a high-powered blender, add the almond milk, the frozen strawberries, the frozen raspberries, the frozen blueberries, and the banana and cover the blender.
Step 2 -Blend the fruit mixture until it is smooth and thick, about 2 minutes.
Step 3 -In a bowl, add the smoothie mixture and your favorite toppings.
Step 4 -Serve.
