About
If pies, biscuits and gravy, and bread soaked in custard and fried are all acceptable breakfast fare, why not meatballs? Breakfast Meatballs are a deeply umami take on traditional breakfast meats, filled with sausage and bacon, infused with Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms to emphasize the all the savory flavors. Imagine piling Breakfast Meatballs on top of a bed of scrambled eggs! Or served with toast and a dipping sauce like maple syrup! It's a little bit of whimsy that also fills you up!
