Potato, potahto — however you say it, it always tastes good! Especially if you make them in the form of these German Boiled Potatoes. You'll be surprised though; these are super, super simple. Boiled, salted, and garnished with parsley, this one really let the spuds do the shining! German Boiled Potatoes make it clear that you can never go wrong with these little golden nuggets!

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 pounds medium yellow potatoes, such as Yukon Gold, scrubbed
- water, to taste
- salt, to taste
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
Step 1 -In a large pot, add the potatoes and top with enough of the water to cover them. Sprinkle with the salt and bring to a boil.
Step 2 -Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer the potatoes until they are tender, about 20 minutes. Drain the water.
Step 3 -Serve the potatoes hot, garnished with the parsley.
