Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Step 1 -Set your oven to 425 degrees F. Prepare a 10” x 15” baking dish by greasing the bottom.
Step 2 -In a small bowl, combine the garlic, rosemary, olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper.
Step 3 -Place the salmon fillets, skin side down, into the greased baking pan. Spread the oil mixture evenly over the fillets.
Step 4 -Roast in the oven to desired doneness, 15-18 minutes. Enjoy!
