Clock out of work and clock into fun with some Labor Day Dip! On a day you're usually working, you get to hang with your pals and chow down on some great food instead. This creamy, cheesy, slightly spicy dip is delicious for crackers and chips of all kinds! It's a fun way to kick the PTO party off, too! So, kick back and have a blast with Labor Day Dip!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup jarred roasted red bell peppers, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • salt, to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • crackers, to taste, of your choice, for serving

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

Step 2 -Lightly coat a 2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 3 -In a large bowl, add the cheddar cheese, the pepper jack cheese, the cream cheese, the roasted red bell peppers, the mayonnaise, the cilantro, the onions, the jalapeños, the Worcestershire sauce, the crushed red pepper, the salt, and the pepper and stir to combine.

Step 4 -Evenly spread the cheese mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Step 5 -Bake the dip until it is heated through and bubbly, about 20-25 minutes.

Step 6 -Serve the dip with the crackers.
