  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
  • oil, for the grill grates

Directions

Step 1 -Mix together the oil, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, and ground black pepper in a bowl.

Step 2 -Place the flank steaks in a shallow glass dish.

Step 3 -Pour the marinade over the steaks.

Step 4 -Turn the meat a few times to coat in entirety.

Step 5 -Cover the meat and refrigerate for at least 6 hours and up to overnight.

Step 6 -Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Step 9 -Grill each side until the steaks reach 135 degrees F for medium-rare, about 2-5 minutes per side.
