  • For the pie:
  • 2 ounces white baking chocolate, melted
  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
  • 3/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 3/4 cup 2% milk
  • 1 (3.3-ounce) package instant white chocolate pudding mix
  • For topping:
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 8 fresh strawberries, halved lengthwise

Directions

Step 1 -Spread the melted chocolate onto the bottom and the sides of the crust.

Step 2 -Arrange 3/4 cup of the sliced strawberries over the chocolate.

Step 3 -In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and the confectioners' sugar until smooth.

Step 4 -Gradually beat in the milk.

Step 5 -Add the pudding mix and beat on low speed until thickened, about 2 minutes.

Step 6 -Spread the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry layer in the pie crust.

Step 7 -Decorate the pie with the whipped topping, the blueberries, and the remaining halved strawberries.

Step 8 -Refrigerate until ready to serve.
