Ingredients
- 2 (1-1 1/2-pound) pork tenderloins
- 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Step 2 -Trim off and remove the silver skin from the pork tenderloins.
Step 3 -Poke the tenderloins all over with a fork.
Step 4 -Drizzle the pork with 1 1/2 tablespoons of the olive oil.
Step 5 -Combine the sea salt, the garlic powder, the Italian seasoning, the cumin, the cayenne pepper, and the black pepper.
Step 6 -Rub the spice mixture evenly over the pork tenderloins on both sides.
Step 7 -Grill the tenderloins until they reach 145 degrees F internally, about 20 minutes per side.
Step 8 -Transfer the tenderloins to a cutting board and let them rest for 5 minutes.
Step 9 -Set the grill heat to medium. Clean the grates with a grill brush.
Step 10 -Brush each side of the peach halves with the remaining olive oil.
Step 11 -Grill until the peaches have grill marks on them, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Step 12 -Transfer the peaches and the pork to a platter.
Step 13 -Serve garnished with the basil.
