  • pomegranate arils, to taste
  • ice, to taste, crushed
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 4 ounces tonic water
  • 2 ounces pomegranate juice
  • 1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • lime wedges, to taste
  • rosemary sprigs, to taste, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 -In a serving glass, add the pomegranate arils and the crushed ice, adding enough to fill the glass.

Step 2 -Add the gin to the glass.

Step 3 -Add the tonic to the glass.

Step 4 -Add the pomegranate juice and the lime juice and stir to combine.

Step 5 -Add the lime wedges and stir to combine.

Step 6 -Serve immediately garnished with more of the pomegranate arils and the rosemary sprigs.
