Ingredients
- Tajín, to taste
- 2 lime wedges, divided
- ice, to taste
- 2 ounces tequila
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- sparkling mineral water, such as S. Pellegrino®, to taste
Directions
Step 1 -On a small plate, add the Tajín.
Step 2 -Rub 1 of the lime wedges around the rim of the cocktail glass.
Step 3 -Dip the rim into the Tajín to coat.
Step 4 -In the prepared glass, add the ice, the tequila, and the lime juice.
Step 5 -Fill with the sparkling mineral water and stir gently to combine.
Step 6 -Serve the refresher garnished with the remaining lime wedge.
