About

This may be the fanciest and yet simplest potato salad ever. Simple French Potato Salad doesn't even use other vegetables, letting the tender potatoes take the stage without interruption! For their big debut, the potatoes are dressed in a homemade vinaigrette with plenty of tang and fragrance, and just a sprinkling of herbs for freshness. Simple French Potato Salad may be simple, but the flavors it creates are so deep!
