This Tuscan Terrace Spritzer will transport you straight to a Tuscan terrace—perfect for enjoying the sunshine on your patio!
Ingredients
- For the cranberry-rosemary ice ring:
- 2 cups cranberries
- 4-5 rosemary springs
- water, as needed to fill a bundt pan halfway
- For the cranberry simple syrup:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup water
- For the punch:
- 3 cups orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups vodka
- 2 cups sparkling water
- orange slices, optional, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 -Scatter 2 cups of the cranberries and the rosemary sprigs in a bundt pan.
Step 2 -Fill the pan halfway with water.
Step 3 -Transfer the pan to the freezer and allow it to freeze for at least 8 hours and up to overnight.
Step 4 -In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, the remaining 1 cup cranberries, and 1 cup water.
Step 5 -Bring the mixture to a simmer and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Step 6 -Remove the saucepan from the heat.
Step 7 -Cover the saucepan and let it steep for at least 30 minutes.
Step 8 -Strain the syrup.
Step 9 -Pour the prepared cranberry simple syrup, orange juice, vodka, and sparkling water into a punch bowl.
Step 10 -Run the outside of the frozen bundt cake pan under warm water until the ice ring can pop out in one piece.
Step 11 -Transfer the ice ring to the punch bowl.
Step 12 -Add the orange slices in a decorative pattern.
Step 13 -Serve.
