Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup sweetened coconut, shredded
- 1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup maraschino cherries, optional, drained, plus more, to taste, for garnish
- 1/2 cup pecans, optional, chopped
- 1/2 cup green or red grapes, halved
- 1 1/2 cups mini fruit-flavored marshmallows
Directions
Step 1 -In a large bowl, mix the whipped topping and the yogurt until thoroughly combined, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
Step 2 -Delicately fold in the coconut, the oranges, the pineapple, 1 cup of the cherries, the pecans, the grapes, and the marshmallows.
Step 3 -Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator.
Step 4 -Garnish with the extra cherries and serve.
