Little, sweet, tiny-toed babies are just about the best thing life can bring you! What they also bring is a whole new sleep schedule and basically a big 'ole life adjustment that is one hundred percent worth it. However, the sleepy parents still need to eat while they're tending to their newest beloved and that's where Baby's Here Bake comes in! They'll be full and energized after a nice warm meal of tender, bouncy lasagna noodles overflowing with a creamy filling and spicy pepperonis. It's smothered in a tangy pizza sauce and sprinkled with some melty cheese-it's basically pizza you can eat with a fork! Ready in under 30 minutes, Baby's Here Bake will make those sleepless nights a little bit tastier!
Ingredients
- 1 (18-ounce) jar pizza sauce
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 8 lasagna noodles, cooked to al dente
- 1 package pepperoni slices, divided
- 1 1/2-2 cups Italian blend cheese, shredded
- fresh parsley, optional, to taste
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 -Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Step 3 -Spread 1 cup of the pizza sauce evenly in the bottom of the prepared dish.
Step 4 -In a medium bowl, cream the cream cheese and the yogurt together until smooth.
Step 5 -On a clean, flat surface, lay out the cooked lasagna noodles.
Step 6 -Use a rubber spatula or the back of a spoon to spread the cream cheese mixture over the tops of each lasagna noodle.
Step 7 -Top each of the cream-cheese-covered lasagna noodles with 6-8 of the pepperoni slices.
Step 8 -Gently roll up each of the pepperoni-topped noodles, as tightly as possible without ripping, and place them in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
Step 9 -Cover the rolled noodles with the remaining pizza sauce, sprinkle with the cheese, and top with 1-2 of the pepperoni slices.
Step 10 -Bake until the cheese is completely melted, about 15-20 minutes.
Step 11 -Sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
