  • For the cobbler:
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 medium-size ripe bananas, sliced
  • For the streusel topping:
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • vanilla ice cream, to taste, for serving

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 -Lightly grease a 7x11-inch baking dish.

Step 3 -In a bowl, add 1 cup of the flour, the sugar, and the milk and whisk just until blended.

Step 4 -Whisk in the melted butter.

Step 5 -Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
