Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups lemonade, store-bought or homemade
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 cups ice
- lemon slices, to taste, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 -In a blender, add the lemonade, the sugar, the lemon zest, the lemon juice, and the ice, and blend until the ice is thoroughly crushed and the lemonade mixture is frosty and easily pourable, about 30 seconds.
Step 2 -Evenly divide the frozen lemonade between two glasses.
Step 3 -Serve the frozen lemonade garnished with the lemon slices.
