About
In French, “cordon-bleu” refers to food cooked to the highest standards and by the best chefs. You can bring that same elegance and quality to your own kitchen with the Chicken Cordon-Bleu. The tender cooked chicken forms a juicy shell for melty cheese and fatty ham, so each bite is a blue ribbon of savory, creamy, and salty delight. Chicken Cordon-Bleu is one of the most beloved examples of French cooking, and it’s surprisingly easy to make. Now’s the time to bring a little more class to your culinary repertoire.
