Ingredients
- For the dip:
- 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, well-drained, finely chopped
- Optional, for serving:
- toasted baguette slices, to taste
- crackers, to taste
- veggies, to taste, such as carrot sticks and celery sticks
- bagel chips, to taste
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 -In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, the sour cream, the mayonnaise, the garlic, the lemon juice, the parmesan, and the black pepper and stir until evenly combined.
Step 3 -Add the artichokes and mix until well-incorporated.
Step 4 -Spoon the artichoke mixture into a round, 1-quart baking dish and bake until bubbly and heated through, about 20 minutes.
Step 5 -Serve immediately with your preferred dipping snacks.
