About
Mmmm, nothing warms the soul like some classic home-cooking, just like Mom used to make. This Meatloaf & Brown Gravy is exactly the kind of dish she would pour her heart and soul into, and you can taste that passion in each tender, juicy bite. The beef is as savory and flavorful as you could imagine, serving up slice after slice of meaty goodness with some slight heat. Drizzled all over top is a country gravy that elevates the beef flavor with an extra touch of richness. Allow a little nostalgia into your heart with Meatloaf & Brown Gravy, and bring those golden memories into the present!

Step 7 -Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Step 8 -Add the mushrooms and onions and cook, stirring, until tender, about 5 minutes.

Step 10 -Mix together the water and the cornstarch in a small cup.
Step 11 -Mix the cornstarch mixture into the broth mixture and cook, stirring, until the gravy is thickened, about 1 minute.
Step 12 -Serve the meatloaf with the gravy.
