Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 3 (8-ounce) packages reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1 (10-ounce) jar sweet-and-sour sauce
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped
  • sesame rice crackers, optional, to taste, for serving

Directions

Step 1 -In a mixing bowl, add the soy sauce, the sesame oil, the garlic, and the chicken and toss to coat.

Step 2 -Cover and refrigerate the chicken mixture for at least 1 hour.

Step 3 -Spread the cream cheese onto a large serving plate.

Step 4 -Drizzle the cream cheese with the sweet-and-sour sauce.

Step 5 -Top the drizzled cream cheese with the spinach and the dressed chicken.

Step 6 -Sprinkle the chicken-cream cheese mixture with the green onions and the peanuts.

Step 7 -Cover the dish and refrigerate it for at least 2 hours.

Step 8 -Serve with the crackers.
