Ingredients

  • 1 (7-ounce) box yellow rice
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1-2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1 (15.25-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
  • scallions, optional, to taste, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 -Cook the rice according to the package directions.

Step 3 -Add the cooked rice, the butter, the cream of chicken soup, the chicken, the corn, and 1 cup of the cheese into a mixing bowl and stir until well-combined.
