Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped, plus more, to taste, for garnish
- 6 round butter crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup jarred pepper jelly
- crackers, of your choice, to taste, for serving
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 -Lightly coat a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 3 -In a bowl, add the cream cheese, the mayonnaise, the cheddar cheese, and 8 slices of the chopped bacon and stir to combine.
Step 4 -Evenly add the cream cheese mixture to the bottom of the prepared pie plate, spread it out with a spatula, and sprinkle with the crushed butter crackers.
Step 5 -Bake the dip, about 20 minutes.
Step 6 -Spread the pepper jelly over the dip and garnish with the extra chopped bacon.
Step 7 -Serve the dip with your favorite crackers.
